VocRehab Vermont’s School to Career Program helps youth with disabilities
plan and prepare for life after high school. Working with both students
and school personnel, VocRehab counselors assist with transition planning
for students with disabilities.

Technical assistance in developing vocational goals
and objectives.
- Identifying linkages with other
community services.
- Vocational counseling, assessments,
and job search skills.
- Real work experiences.
- Guidance and information on IEP and transition
planning, 504 accommodations, benefits planning
and other needed services.
JOBS Program
The JOBS Program serves youth with severe emotional behavioral disabilities
(EBD). JOBS provides supported employment to youth exiting schools
and youth services systems to help secure paid employment, transitional
mental health services, and help to increase integration into the community.
