The next phase is to investigate the kinds of employment you are interested and develop an “Individualized Plan for Employment.” You might want to take some easy interest inventories, explore a number of careers, or do other assessments that might indicate your interests, skills and talents. You and your counselor will then sit down together to write a plan indicating the types of services VR will provide and the steps you and your counselor will take to help you become employed.
