Client Assistance Project: CAP is part of Vermont Legal Aid, Inc. and can help explain your rights for VR services. CAP can also help settle disagreements with your counselor and can assist in appealing decision made by your counselor. For more information click here.

Confidentiality: Information will not be released without your written consent except to persons involved in the administration of VR, in response to judicial orders or investigations regarding law enforcement, fraud or abuse, or when one’s safety is threatened.
